What are the instructors' credentials?
Jazzercise instructors participate in an intensive screening process as well as training and certification program, and are CPR certified yearly. Instructors also continue their education in all aspects of dance and physiology to keep abreast of the latest developments in fitness, and are critiqued yearly.

What should I wear / bring to class?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work. Good, rubber-soled aerobic shoes are recommended. Hand held and wrap leg weights are optional (we don’t use either ankle or wrist weights). We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (3-5lb.) weights. Bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. No food or gum, please!
